I do love this bogeyman of communism from the religious and also the right.
If Jesus wasn't a communist, I don't know who is.
He advocated giving to those without, if you have two coats, give one to someone who doesn't have one etc, he insisted there was nothing wrong with paying the same to those that had arrived late and done less work. Sounds commie to me.
The right wing who say communism/socialism is of the devil, practise it in their own homes. Does the main breadwinner keep his loot and let the kids go without, and let the spouse who is not working starve. I have a feeling we all run a socialist if not communist household despite the evilness of it all!
