"Towie kevi Rudd was not cutting through to the people and was losing traction. Labors achievements in only two and half years wre good enough but people were turning off. A new and effective communicator needed and we got one in Julia Gillard. Rudd was very understandable to the highly qualified academics but not by the broad populace. Rudd was brilliant but like many brilliant people tyhey may have difficulty talking to the general poulation. Some brialliant scientists have such difficulty which perhaps may be why the climate change science is difficult for many to understand. I feel very sorry for Mr Rudd and realise that politics can be brutal. Some people say peter costello did not challenge his sitting PM but I have read the reason for that is that he apparently may not have had the numbers to succeed." ------------------------- LOL eagle,
