all ICSID outcomes have been paid out by DRC; they are a signed member
Comminiere valued the AVZ asset at 10b
Why would AVZ not win given they spent the money, built the plan .
We are talking about what would happen if we sued - this wont be the outcome so you dont need to worry about it... But even in this outcome - AVZ is worth alot more...
