Once the vote is announced and upon a yes vote Joel indicated Redomicile will happen in the days to a week there after so this doesn't give much time for these indexed funds to move before a 2 week TH.
I doubt we will see a no vote. It's that period between the yes vote and TH that will be interesting.
Expect voting mid to late October and trading on NASDAQ early November.
Agree with you though, still 6-8 weeks away so there will definitely be selling pressure until redomicile is concluded. Any support now will be sold into.
Not long to go now and we can move on.
