On today closing price, PNV is languishing at number 305 in market capitalisation. The chance of it be removed from the ASX200 at the next rebalance is almost a foregone conclusion.
Another wonder month to be a LTH of PNV, i for one is definitely voting No to the remuneration report. If a NO vote gets up at 25% this will trigger a second strike against PNV board. Short term pain for long term gain IMO, DW and his friends has deliver negative shareholders’ return for over 4 years. Let’s put it up to a vote and let democracy run its course. DW cannot be chairman anymore and most his friends need to go. Current board member Max Johnston (acted as CEO post Paul Brennan) or Swami IMO should be given the chairmanship. My two cents worth.
