The new mining code is NOT the reason for the suspension. No other Mali miner has been affected by the new code so far and beyond early media comments, no other miner has even made an announcement on the code. Kodal was up 20% yesterday. Resolute which is a good benchmark for LLL in terms of country specifics is up over the last couple weeks.

The new code is not so unreasonable even if one believes the absolute fantastical worst case projections of the posters here. But in reality we are yet to see how it affects us in any way beyond the DSO issue, and we unlikely to hear much about specifics for LLL before other well more established miners.

The suspension is 100% we know about DSO, and more than likely also about FFX. That is it! I assume DSO is sorted (it was removed from the quarterly so that is worst case already forecast). Who knows about the FFX sh*t show, but will be fine, just hopefully sorted soon.
