I'd also suggest that a premium is payable if a project is well located, well managed or more advanced. GT1's deposits are well located in that Root is close to roads and Seymour is close to multiple bulk transport options. The board they put in place for GT1 has excellent experience to draw upon in setting the direction for GT1. Permitting in Canada is a Bit**. GT1's timeline from June 2023 slides suggests permitting being completed mid 2024. Who knows if that timeline will be met, but its a heck of a lot better than many projects that are yet to even get to the start line on permitting.
The level of progress GT1 has made will become clearer as feasibility studies start to come out for their various plans.
