Media Speculation re Discussions with LNG Ltd
The Directors of Bow Energy Ltd (ASX:BOW) provide a response to press speculation relating
to a potential transaction with Liquefied Natural Gas Ltd (LNG Ltd) with respect to LNG Ltd?s
Fisherman?s Landing LNG Project in Gladstone.
Bow advises that it has been in discussions with the board of LNG Ltd on a number of
potential commercial arrangements. Discussions with LNG Ltd are ongoing and may or may
not lead to a binding agreement with LNG Ltd.
Bow will keep the market fully informed of any material developments.
