You really ignore the fact that China burns coal to make everything the world needs. It incentives it manufacturing to produce high speed rail networks to move it's 1.4B people across the country, incentises solar panel production to drive down the cost of renewal energy, similarly with EVs.
The USA burns energy for Crypto ponzis which is a faker fiat currency. Then there's it use of resources in its unneccessary military bases and foreign interventions. The US has zero high speed rail and per capita consumption of energy exceeds it fair share in this world.
