the top 20 shareholder combined own 48% of the voting shares, so to me it looks like for all the retail bluster about voting NO seems to have been just that - 60% of share holders failed to vote at all, which means PLL basically can control any vote put forth.

I am not telling anyone how to vote, we should all make up our minds based on what we believe, but I am saying you need to vote or you will be giving the company over to PLL.
