Public parking charging costs like 50 cents/kwh, at the highway 60-80 cents. Best thing is to charge from your own solar if you can, you need to put in some CAPEX, but then your cost price is like 10-12 cents/kwh when you expect the installation to last 20 years and replacing the inverter once. It takes money to save money so to speak, or being poor is expensive.
