I have a sneaking suspicion you are an avid Bear.
I think Rob7 tried to offer some advice, but your Bear ears are closed.
James Dorrian is perhaps the best here at trading the News(although an infrequent poster). He two takes heed of the news but does not assume the market Must go in a certain direction because of it. Rather he lets the market decide how it will react to it and jumps on for the ride (up or down).
Becareful that you are not looking at this with tainted glasses, rather going with the flow.
I face the same situations only in reverse (im a fun loving Bull, Lol)

Ps you have also heightened the point by being able to match 1 positive report with a negative 1......
