If it gets down to those levels again I would defiantly buy up... I'd buy up now I just don't have any spare change to throw at it at the moment...
I don't see this going down that far but if it does then this will be a second chance for people to buy at much lower rates... I've previous bought in 7c and then at 10c. Don't care if it will average up a bit more if overall I see this at a min of hitting 50c when the US ann hits.
