From my limited prior research on our MS results.... we (accidentally in hind sight?) dosed too high. We got the best results after dosing had finished - ie when the high dosing had worn off substantially after a week or two (fm memory). This tends to gel quite well with just a 25ml or 50ml dose achieving optimum results, perhaps in MS as well as our current trial.
