Hi Ryn, I am not sure we did anything accidentally, but I know what you are suggesting.
That said, ATL-1102 may have the same efficacy or better at a lower dose, or it might not.
There are also various reasons the efficacy at say week 12 was better than week 8, for example, could be an exposure aspect, or it could be that the effects are cumulative or that they take some time to filter through to be more effective. In other words "time" might or might not have been a factor also.
These are the types of things that would be born out of a ph2b/3 trial if and when it is possible.
Longer duration and more variable doses.

What we do know, again thanks to our friend the MRI is that ATL-1102 had a favorable effect on brain lesions of people with MS. Very favorable.
