hye quokka, im no fan of Hildebrand, but in this he's making excellent sense... all good answers to the terrors the No! mob are quaking in their soft slippers about.

as Dave sss says, the constitutional placement has been asked for by the Uluru mob because all past attempts at enabling Aboriginal people to have a say have been failures and instead of being improved, have been abolished. its been lazy pollies who've done both the formation and the dismissal.

they want the Voice to remain, yet the ability of parliament to legislate means it can be changed if such change is needed, and will continue until its seen fit to end the voice when its no longer needed but asking the permission of the Aus voters.

the insertion clauses are concise and minimalist. when a court examines it along with the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum, which defines the limits and rationale of the insertion, as constitutional experts and High Court former and current Judges have affirmed, there won't be any of the fearful anxieties of the No! mob.
