bovine nonsense sin bin. read the referendum question. its states clearly that parliament legislates the Voice. this means parliament designs and presents the bill for discussion, debate and vote with possible amendments. legislation can be rescinded and theVoice abolished but according to the constitution it must be replaced., i.e. a new voice legislated to replace the abolished one.
this is the very reason they want it in the constitution, so that it can't just be dumped as it has been 5 times before.
