    I must say, after reading the 1/4terly over the weekend and reviewing the previous 1/4terly, OBL is shaping up to be one of the gems of my portfolio.
    Even taking into account the worst case scenarios this co has bright upside potential, look out if they realise the best possible case scenarios for both USG & CSG!
