I have been a long time supporter of UCG. Upon reading the following:

it is clear that UCG will never receive GOVT approval in Australia for a commercial operation. We simply do not have the technical expertise to overcome the shortcomings in the technology ATM. This has been proven by the events at CXY, CNX and LNC in their pilot projects.

Further, I am sure that the QLD Government and Agforce have this document and will use the information within it apply legislation in Australia. The events at CXY and CNX and LNC actually confirm the information contained herein so there will be no coommercialisation of this technology any time soon.
