IMO AZZ and the partners didnt hesitate on getting TPH involved and IMO i beleive the offer has come thru by a sizable company that can afford to pay good money...James does have a knack for negotiating good deals in the past and whether any of us think the acreage it is worth it or not James will get top dollar. IMO.
