brokers are aware where the new numbers are headed... that's not the issue... offtake, finance and permits are the keys here... with the 1st and 2nd items formalities i think (albeit how much equity might be needed finance wise).... but, permits are the biggy...
dfs numbers alone wont do a lot for the SP in my eyes.... well im sure it wont hurt, but, it wont get this back to mid $1's yet on that alone.
