ESG approx 20% of my portfolio and I am very comfortable with that - my expectation is that it will possibly end up at around 40% with natural growth in the portfolio.
Have been buying for the last 12 months or so out of post GFC profits. It looks like a medium term 'winner' to me.
Regardless of the outcome (ie, take over, go alone, etc) I will not have regrets as life is short and it is a stock that has and will make life interesting.
The % of the portfolio is relative to the size of the portfolio. For me, if it 'went out the back door' it would hurt a bit but not a disaster in any way.
If it get taken over at a $ over $2 it would be a very nice outcome with a very interesting and informative journey. Not to mention the great posting I have seen over the months I have been on HC
My instinct tells me it is a winner & will have No hesitation in loading up another 20,000 or so at below 80c.
In the years to come when we sit in our rocking chair I imagine it will be a nice thought that we selected a stock with huge up-side, suffered the 'slings and arrows' as well as the fortitude to have a decent lash at it.
Good fortune to all!
