Looks like Liontown won't be around to see production
A $3 bid from Albemarle the Board intends to accept.

With the original $2.50 bid putting a floor under the SP, the SP was just going sidewards.
A pity really, they supposedly would have their plant finished in 4 months time, once producing at 600kr pa their SP would be worth a lot more than $3, just the execution risk which is very real given it's underground and iron ore management.

The Insto's will sell as will Goyder, a done deal IMO.
That doesn't leave many pure play Lithium producers to invest in.
