HI Names, Heeman and Robbo, and also HI to everyone else...

It's partly understandable but still amazed how many holders still think that Bald Hill will be allowed to be swallowed by some secret back door deal for cents in the dollar...that option was very close to becoming a reality and, once again, amazingly it has taken over 3 years for us to be at the point where we will finally get a decent return for our investments, the days of $0 value are over...too many cats have escaped the bag and since last Thursday some of the bigger cats have finally also managed to come out of the bag.

Why so you ask?

* Buyer thought they were untouchable as not a listed company (no disclosure requirements) and also they thought by somehow pretending it is a US co they could do the Houdini and fool the AUS Gov.

* DOCA was never implemented and therefore their claims for how many million$$ they have allegedly spent are irrelevant, all that matters is ORIGINAL Debt, if they decided to go ahead without approval and spend big then that is the risk they took, but to be fair to them...they thought same as most of us that the deal is in the bag and it would be only a matter of time till they are approved...unfortunately for them, that is no longer the case
and to make things worse for them LI prices have improved significantly and the outlook is even stronger.

* People also seem to forget that we have a very strong legal system, which is painful at times... i.e. the 3 yrs it has taken to get to where we are today...but I have extreme confidence that the presiding judge will not get rolled by some cheap attempt to get a producing Li Mine in AUS with strong grades and rich tenements to a secret bidder without giving other interested parties to opportunity to present their offer, and we all know there are several Co's that would benefit strongly of getting BH under their portfolio for anywhere between 1.5-2 Bil$...sure there are some players out there that will try to swindle the deal but that opportunity is well and truly gone.

Exiting times ahead...IMO
