Seems suggested reff: AFR auditors won't sign off as it continuing as a going concern unless there is a cash injection coinciding with refinancing woes, the lenders could recoup their money by selling off AMA likely in segments but if they the lenders leave it longer there would be more risk of the company shrinking and being worth less or going into insolvency ,we can only guess but a big chunk of the 60 mill could be going to the lenders to reduce risk. Many putting money in would be hoping to flip the shares as soon as possible to make a quick profit but after the resignations there is a risk of a crash below placement level.I've seen some private businesses go through 3 or 4 owners in a period of 10 years all losing everything as they have a belief the business will turn around,it seems the case now,one issue is there was speculation that private competitors would collapse under the tight pricing with AMA keeping the lights on with in constant placements and finance it hasn't happened to the extent where AMA has dominance except with Suncorp who are their biggest customer.
Looks terrible but we will see
