Those shareholders who claim that the board are not working hard are totally unaware of the work that goes on behind the scenes with a company like ICG.
Jonathan is working for nothing if this company fails. He is paid in shares which will be worthless if the company does not succeed.
How many here would take the risk under those conditions.
