It's actually pretty sad when you think about it, that you can do better than 0.4828 on market. The STX SP should have been propelled up after the TO announcement and I really don't understand why that didn't happen. It should have. So my opinion on the SOA is hardly relevant, the #1 reason of the SOA likely being rejected is the STX SP.
