Busy, crazy day but have finally had a chance to fully digest this.

I don’t know TG personally but I’ve heard him speak live a few times and seen dozens of his presentations and talks online over the years. So I feel I do ‘know’ him to some degree.

This to me is not a final act but a calculated ploy.

Now I don’t know if Tim plays chess but this strikes me a Budapest Gambit play. A sacrifice and a risk to be sure by White (LTR), but Black (ALB) will have to play flawlessly to take that prize.

And I don’t believe they can be flawless because as clearly stated they can only succeed in the absence of a superior offer AND if an independent expert believes this is (and continues to be) in the best interest of shareholders.

100% there WILL be better offers and 100% any independent expert will state $3 is a suboptimal deal for shareholders.

This line in the sand will finally draw out the many other parties and force them to put their hat in the ring or sorely miss out on the Grandest Prize in the game.

100% there will be a better FINAL outcome imho.
