I think it shows the fault is entirely with the interim government.

I hope FFX gives them not one cent and the new government early next year acts in both a more reasonable and legal manner.
Seems FFX holders will need to just wait this out till next year for either the new government to be more reasonable and legal, or the end of escrow and winding the company up at that time - all the while the cash dwindling with ongoing legal fees.

With Simon saying they've not heard from the interim Gov since July 18 despite responding to their letter.....it seems it's a dogs breakfast over there. An academic is in charge of the Mining Dept - and this is the kind of outcome one might expect.

The current Govt. will be the new elected Govt. Assimi Goita will be the new President after the official elections.

The new constitution pretty much paves his way to be elected.

Do not hold your breath on too much happening different after the elections.

Neither the announcement or call instilled much confidence in myself.
