Both directors held stock in those trusts and both sold 3m shares on the same day for the same price, via off market transfer
$390k consideration each. Their holdings are still worth over $2 million each.
For all we know they could have transferred them to their children.
It is obviously some kind of coordinated transfer, being the same amount of shares on the same day.
Most of the drilling is yet to take place.
