Good question but you know he’s going to be looked after (and under the table if necessary) …
MiN already kind of done a deal this afternoon with A40 saying no cash to be raised …
Assuming they going to use cash for debt ($300m ) and rest script/shares for Alita shareholders they ll be left with $1billion cash reserves …do you really think they going to offer us $500-600 million in cash ?
