Adding the SOI plus the CR shares and the options the total Andover project is being priced by the market at $2.1b.

That is a big valuation and is now valued more than PMT.

There is obviously a big value being placed on success at TA2&3. AZS Primed for a big SP fall if TA2 and/or don’t deliver.

Bell Potter’s $5 target values 100% Andover at $3.8b - that seems enormous.

There is a huge amount of blue sky in the current SP and brokers targets.

AZS does not seem under valued, probably the reverse.
