Just my thoughts:
-it is only 11 weeks and 3 days until the agm,
- will DD by ALB be completed before the agm?
- will the IER report be completed before the agm?
- is the SOA vote process dependant on either or both of the above being complete?
- is it possible that TG (and possibly other board members) havs been offered a separate deal by ALB to sway their favour and unanimous support? Let’s just say for arguments sake it is possible and they were offered $4. That extra dollar would cover any CGT liability they would incur.

Should make for an interesting and lively agm if the SOA is not set in stone beforehand.
