Yes BPH is the only ASX co. that is connected to cortical. DB is chairmen of both companies.
BPH is a big shareholder in Cortical , being there right at the genesis of its beginning.
The benefit too all BPH shareholders is huge as the growth now that the FDA has virtually open the door wide open for other market entities
to see Cortical as a real potential market huge player and thus the market will see this and respond accordingly with BPH being the opening to the market until Cortical go listed in their own right or get bought out by Philips.
Ashley Zimpel the CEO of Cortical has advised me that there are negotiations and discussions on the above options currently and be rest assured
the company will do what is in the best interest of itself and the shareholders. Moreover we will witness an explosion of interest as the market digest this
monumental development of the BARM with Philips.
