yeah interesting, they referred to a 'mammoth effort' to get boots on the ground- getting going so fast after the fires I suppose- I agree, area 3 looks great in terms of exposed pegmatites.
Then again, what they seem to have found in area 1 is that there is a layer of moss covering what are otherwise surface pegs - could be much more there when you peel way the surface!

Who knows what lies just beneath the moss!
