This include the council chambers building, probably the hospitals also etc
The only land not claimed is that which is privately owned
Also 49,000 square kilometers of the Torres Straights has gone to native title
They are not waiting for the referendum which means the affirmative action will continue regardless and due to wishy washy government and councils who have people running them who put their private agendas in from of the public's security will continue giving the country away to unknowns
