    Simon confirmed yesterday there are minority partner provisions in the contracts just signed. This would include clauses barring GF transfer-pricing to their subsidiaries, provisions banning our stake being further dilutet etc etc, I think you need to assume Simon, Rick and our lawyers are not fools.
