d) the short distance the coast for shipping andlonger ice free period due to global warming
e) the two levels of copper ore, both thick
f) the very unusual scale of the mineralised area which now could exceed 10kms
g) the fact that this is in a very low sovereign risk jurisdiction
h) the relative proximity to European smelters
i) the remarkable success rate of the drilling driven by the close correlation between ore and the aerial eletro-magnetic and gravity mapping

So despite the location and freezing temperatures in winter, the scale, the relative ease of mining despite or because of the location, the grade and the logistics are quite exceptional which is of course why the price saboteurs have colluded.
