re: going down towie,
the same directors turned this company from 60 cents in the early 90s down to 3.9 when max walked in to teds office and gave him a free kick right in front of the mauritanian goalposts.
then they blew it with shell houston just b4 the j/v was signed.
shell handballed a long pass to wpl who play the role of full forward and they started kicking goals.
the directors of hdr are spectators like the shareholders.
only difference from them and you is they are in the corporate box eating lobster with there chardonay while you get the pie with sauce in the bleachers and try to keep out of the rain when the inevitable and fickle weather turns.
bit like in bali,10 seconds after it starts raining the wachess are stashed and the umbrellas come out to play.
the directors own the umbrellas and will as always profit by being in the right space at the right time.
if hdr can be worshipped it can also be held to scrutiny.
