My thoughts and they are probably wrong, is that next Friday the 15th Sept will be close to the low. The ASX 300 funds have to be out before trading opens on Monday the 18th so all the fund selling will be done by then because they have to be.

Keep in mind the ASX 300 funds will of been selling on the way down as they have too, so they may not have as much left as we all think.

I d say most retail punters who have had to leave or want to have done so or nearly done so.
