You keep harping on intrinsic value. I am certain that all shareholders who bought this share as an investment which is based on fundamentals are fully aware that todays level is undervalued. It is a natural reaction to feel disappointed that the price has dropped to this value, as a result of the idiot sitting on the top. He should feel ashamed of what he did and if he consulted the rest of the Board before releasing his announcement and they gave the green light, then they too should also take responsibility and to add fuel to fire they priced the capital raising at a ridiculously low price. This is a definite indication of the stupidity of the whole Board and the decent thing to do is to resign.
Your intrinsic value is also based on the calibre of the Board, which is a human resource. Hence if you have an IQ lacking Board, you do not know what else can be expected and this hinders the growth of the company.
Shareholders have the right to react in the way they are now, until we see something encouraging which attracts the attention of big investors.
I do not blame shareholders if they do not subscribe to the capital raise as the current price is dictated by the manipulators who have the big idiot to thank.
Lithium is the next oil and supply is limited and hence the future is bright for lithium companies.
Let's hope that we see some good news coming soon as it is painful to see a producing company's price a fraction of some of the drilling companies.
