yes, should have highlighted both.

However best i can find is the annual report, where they seem to meet monthly anywhere in the last 2 weeks of each month. So my thought is..... and this is more hope than analysis.....
16th July - EPA closes public review and commences draft report
28th August - the draft report is completed but needs to go to committee to be agreed. August missted obviously so bounces to Sep.
Mid - Late Sep - board meets and approves draft (VRX will likely be invited to attend this)
Early - Mid Nov - To the Minister where we see if all the lunches were worth it.
