Yep, agree it would likely go to a Board meeting and then MB gets the formal response. But he may already have the informal response and that always helps to get the punters in on a little raise.

It fell out of bed on the 17th August. At that point maybe a bunch knew the report would miss the August Board and the consultation official result was a month away. And that there'd be a raise. So a little sell down to buy back in the raise.
