I'm angry too. Just imagine all the management time and effort that goes into crafting Codes of Conduct and Corporate Governance statements for these public companies, and then the guy who is supposed to uphold all these ideals is the main perpertrator of atrocities. It's like having Dracula in charge of the Blood Bank. The whole David Jones Board are gooses. They have no idea what really goes on in their business. Pathetic organisation. I hope she gets a couple of million $ out of them. Might be a good wake up call for other Directors out there!!
