Why? As an ASM shareholder who bought into BSX on the back of the 3-way MOU (BSX- ASM-VTRE) just a month ago, I am surprised and disappointed not to see ASM included in this new REE deal between BSX and VTRE! I thought ASM would have bought in some essential downstream REE metal production expertise?
