Yes, Westpac have a truly shocking regulatory record, AUSTRAC and banking paedophiles down to National Credit Code misconduct and problems with ASIC over financial hardship.
I did not think it could get worse from banking paedophiles but just ignoring hardship cases and doing nothing on credit and risk.
Peter King’s tenure goes from worse under his time At CFO when the bank was banking paedophiles to now taking a cavalier attitude to the National Credit Code, regulations and hardship risk.
