Gawler Ranges Aboriginal Corporation (NTMA)
The NTMA agreement between Gawler Resources Ltd, a 100% owned subsidiary of Investigator
Resources Ltd and the Gawler Ranges Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC was signed on 3 Novem-
ber and formally registered by the Department for Energy and Mining on 12 December, 2022.
The NTMA agreement includes, either wholly or in part, the following Exploration Licences:
 EL6725 – Yardea
 EL6753 – Nonning South
 EL5845 – Uno Range
 EL5913 – Harris Bluff
 EL5933 – Morgans
 EL6853 – Lake MacFarlane (formerly ELA2022/00043)

Investigator is pleased to report successful conclusion of negotiations establishing Native Title
Mining Agreements (NTMA) with both the Gawler Ranges Aboriginal Corporation (GRAC) and
the Wilyakali Native Title Group. These mutually beneficial agreements allow Investigator to pro-
gress exploration across tenements both at Uno and Morgans and the Curnamona where the
Company believes that the prospectivity for copper and gold is significant.
With permission from the Wilyakali during the negotiation phase, Investigator geologists were
approved to undertake preliminary on-ground mapping and soil sampling activities within the Cur-
namona tenements

● Uno, Morgans & Harris Bluff tenements
The Company holds a suite of contiguous tenements approximately 100km to the east of the Peterlumbo tenement,
that covers an area of approximately 250km2. Highly prospective for base metals and silver, these tenements are
adjacent to the Menninnie Dam silver/lead project held by Terramin (ASX: TZN).
During the period a Native Title Mining Agreement (NTMA) was finalised with GRAC enabling advanced exploration to
be undertaken across the tenements. This will enable follow up drilling to the successful results reported during the
period from the previous program (ASX 7 July 2022).
Negotiation towards establishing a Native Title Mining Agreement over the Harris Bluff tenement with the Registered
Native Title Determinants has commenced.
