constitution wise - I told you that one needs to identify what system one has as a model 'before' suggesting ideas for a constitution -
australia is in no haste to get a new political system, it's too fearful to let go of the river bank for that one.
as far as housing goes - I've stated that we are only down to bad ideas now - for reasonably quick fixes. We are also not ready or capable for bad ideas - which would be radical - such as property seizure and forced usage and the like
