You are definitely right, in most cases, but here it's different. The price is down over 95% and nearly at the lowest it can go - This will affect how they can raise capital in the future, especially when their target for capital is outfits like RedLeaf who rely on getting cheap shares at a discount to dump for a quick buck as soon as the price goes up a pip or two. They can't do that if the price is dropping constantly

The only way that the price is fluctuating here is neutral or downwards.

It's my term for a small amount of cash you can throw it and not care if you lose it. For about a year, the share price was predictably being pumped and dumped before each 4C and a few other times. It was easy pizza money to be buying when it dumped ready for the next pump.

This is the state of this penny dreadful.
