ok so Talga wants to get to 100,000 k of anode, atm they have intial plans for 19500 k, dont get confused with 120k of graphite which they can dig out of South now. They now can apply for Niska South mining, as per that announcement.
Samis were up in arms because they wanted all the mines to be judged together because they feared that if 1 got through then it could be easier to get the others. As stated once the permits are in force for VIttanagi, (3 weeks if no appeals), then they will start lodging for Niska mining, and maybe others.
